  • Where do you deliver? Our couriers deliver to your home or office. Delivery fees may apply. See Delivery map above.
  • What discounts are available? New customers receive 10% off the entire first order. Veterans receive 10% off, Seniors receive 5% off.
  • How soon will I get my order? During the order process, you will schedule delivery in a 1-hour time window. You can check status on your Dashboard. You will also receive a text message alerting you when the courier is 10 minutes away and upon their arrival.
  • Is the packaging child resistant? Yes. Every order is delivered in our custom packaging, locally made in Oakland. The box can be recycled, composted, or reused by returning it to your courier.
  • Will you deliver at my work? Yes. We are permitted to deliver to both home and business.
  • How will I know who is delivering? Our couriers are discreet but have a photo ID badge which can be presented upon request.
  • Do you outsource your deliveries? No. Every courier is a full- or part-time Kind Courier.
  • Is there a delivery fee? Delivery fees apply to orders under certain amounts and vary depending on distance from San Francisco. Final delivery fees, if any, will be shown after you select your delivery address.
  • Is tipping required? Tipping does a Karma good.
  • How much can I order? Per state laws, a customer may purchase up to 28 grams of flower cannabis and/or 8 grams of concentrate/edible content per customer per day
  • What do I need to show when the courier arrives? Please show the government issued ID that was used to create your account.
  • Is Kind Courier licensed? Yes. Kind Courier holds both local and state permits and licensing.
  • Are products lab tested? Yes. All products are tested to the state of California's required limits.
  • What forms of payment do you accept? Cash and credit cards. Credit cards are accepted if requested prior to your order being dispatched. Couriers do not carry credit card processing device without prior request.
